Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Ipoh is seeking an experienced marketing professional to support its Business Development, Branding & Communications department. In this role, you will develop and manage marketing strategies, assist in creating service packages, and initiate promotional activities to attract corporate clients. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in marketing, with strong Mandarin language skills due to market handling. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of working experience in sales, marketing & business, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Candidates with insurance experience are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing strategies for the corporate market.

Job description

To support the functions of the Business Development, Branding & Communications department and perform marketing activities to increase revenue growth from new and existing clientele’s channels.

Core Duties
  • Developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating marketing strategies and work plans for the corporate market.
  • Assisting in the development of service packages and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for potential clients.
  • Initiating marketing promotional activities, such as seasonal corporate gifts, HR appreciation luncheons, and health carnivals, to attract corporate clients and generate revenue while fostering strong connections.
  • Draft the development of MoU/MoA as well as proposal for partnership and collaboration.
  • Conducting marketing visits to existing and potential corporate clients to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the BDCC team and participating in event or marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years working experience, especially in driving sales, marketing & business, preferably in healthcare industry.

Must be able to converse in Mandarin language due to handling on Chinese market

Candidates with insurances experiences/knowledges are an added advantage.

Good communications, problem solving and negotiation skills.

A dynamic team player with strong analytical ability.

Strong networking skills and connection especially Corporate or Insurance in preferred.
