Job summary

A financial services firm in Subang Jaya is seeking a finance professional to provide support to overseas finance teams and oversee financial activities. You will be responsible for budget management, report submissions, and cash flow monitoring. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 4 years of experience in the accounting field. Familiarity with the MLM industry and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. This role requires independence and the ability to meet deadlines.

Job description

To provide proactive support and guidance to overseas finance teams to deliver an effective financial systems, compliance with local requirements and meeting Group policies.

To oversee / responsible for business related period end activities which includes verifying financial data and providing financial analysis to facilitate business decision support, including preparation of correct, timely and meaningful management information, analysis and performance review on time.

Responsible for yearly budget/budget analysis/comparison to ensure realistic budget been set accordingly within the specific timeline.

Ensure the timely submission with the completeness and accuracy of management reports, accounts reconciliations, audit and tax filing as per schedule set.

Monitor overseas company’s cash flow to ensure sufficient cash available to support operation needs from time to time and update cash flow projection on monthly basis.

Work collaboratively with other departments both in HQ and overseas to resolve any finance operation issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications (CIMA/ ACCA/ CPA).
• At least 4 years working experiences in accounting fields, familiar with MLM business industry and audit will be an added advantage.
