Job summary

A leading automotive company in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee operations in sales, administration, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of management experience, preferably in the automotive or financial sector. Responsibilities:

  • Assist to monitor Sales, Admin and Maintenance department of branch and ensure the smooth operation.
  • Work closely with Directors / Management.
  • Entertain customers and liaise with workshops or spare part suppliers.
  • Monitor staffs' disciplinary, attendance and working performance.
  • Plan marketing and organize events to increase sales.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ten (10) years and above working experience in management role.
  • Prefer to who has working experience in Automotive / Insurance / Financial industrial.
  • Possess at least Diploma and above.
  • Able to speak in Mandarin, English and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Salary offered depends on working experiences.
