Responsibilities

• Prepare three month statement report to JKDM.
• Prepare Sub-Contract applications and reports.
• Prepare application for additional company warehouse.
• Prepare scrap applications and reports.
• Plan delivery and packing arrangements.
• Prepare invoice and packing list.
• Book transport (Air - FedEx, Truck - Nippon).
• Apply for MITI - Form D.
• Update HS code data for imported items.
• Send documents for customs clearance.
• Ensure imported items arrive safely.

CUSTOMS

• Preparation of Sub-Contract applications and reports
• Preparation of application for additional of company warehouse
• Preparation of scrap applications and reports

EXPORT

• Delivery planning and packing arrangement
• Preparation of invoice and packing list
• Booking Transport (Air - FedEx, Truck - Nippon)
• MITI - Form D Application

IMPORT

• Update HS code data and ensures imported items use the correct HS Code and approval
• Send document via e-mail to forwarding agent for customs clearance
• Ensures that imported items arrive safely at the factory

MITI

• Application for Cost Analysis (CA)
• Application for Certificate Of Origin (COO)
