About The Role

Join our team and lead finance operations across multiple property sites. We’re looking for a hands-on finance professional who can ensure accuracy, compliance, and top-quality reporting.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee collections and payment processes, ensuring SOP compliance.
  • Review weekly debtors’ reports and resolve irregularities.
  • Implement best practices, policies, and procedures for reliable financial data.
  • Complete full set of accounts & review management reports by Accounts Executives.
  • Analyze budgets, prepare variance reports, and highlight discrepancies.
  • Present monthly financial reports in client meetings.
  • Manage timely payments, cash flow, and fixed deposits.
  • Attend AGMs/EGMs for stratified buildings.
  • Set up accounts for new portfolio sites.

What We’re Looking For

  • Chartered Accountant (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
  • Knowledge of the Strata Management Act (SMA) and experience in management accounts for stratified projects.
  • Experience in finance management, preferably in property/strata management.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software & MS Office.
