The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in financial management within the manufacturing sector, and is fluent in Mandarin and English. Overview

Lead, train and manage a team of qualified accounting professionals to execute and control site finance and accounting activities. Maintain the integrity of accounting records and transactions in accordance with International Accounting Principles, Chinese local statutory requirements, and Hi‑P corporate policies. Handle local tax, foreign exchange, statutory audit, and business regulations to ensure compliance and minimize Hi‑P statutory exposure. Support the management team with accurate and timely financial and accounting information for decision making. Analyze financial information to reflect operational performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Note: The position will be based in Penang or Kulim, but must cover India and Thailand.
