• Attend and contribute to the weekly Food & Beverage Meeting.
• Inspect stewarding areas and event setups.
• Control dishwashing machine area.
• Maintain equipment conditions.
• Ensure store room is secured.
• Monitor area cleanliness and safety.
• Control staff assignments and productivity.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To attend and contribute the weekly Food & Beverage Meeting.
• Do inspection on all stewarding area as well as buffet and event set up.
• To check and control the dishwashing machine the area.
• To check and maintain good conditions of equipment.
• To ensure store room is controlled and locked, unless required to open.
• To consistently monitor all area cleanliness and safeness (wet floor etc.).
• To monitor and control the staff assignments and their productivities.
• To check the staff with regards to the food & beverage special today by questioning.
• Do scheduling, record keeping, initiates reports, requisition and maintaining orders.
• To check and monitor the banquet event as well as event held at other outlets.
• To apply and ensure application of standards and procedures set by the Hotel and those resulting from the Hotel Food & Beverage Policy.
• To make sure that all chemical and related materials are used and stored correctly.
• To establish and maintain effective employee relations. To assign staff for specific job and schedule.
