  • Monitor operating costs, budgets, and resources for cost efficiency.
  • Develop and improve office policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Supervise administrative staff.
  • Coordinate meetings with the Employee Experience Department.

This includes managing office resources, ensuring cost efficiency, maintaining compliance with company policies, and providing effective administrative and logistical support to enhance overall workplace productivity and employee experience.
