Job summary

A recruitment firm based in Petaling Jaya is looking for an Executive, Asset Management. This role involves regimented calling to debtors and timely execution of repossession activities. Candidates should have at least a diploma and some experience in collections, along with good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Mandarin is preferred. Flexible shift hours may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in collections, fresh graduates welcome.
• Able to work assigned shift hours and accommodate weekends.
• Well versed in using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Make regimented calls to debtors over 61 days delinquent.
• Execute repossession activities timely.
• Conduct site visits to locate uncontactable hirers.
• Data mine for analysis and feedback on delinquency trends.
