Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in automation, robotics, or related industrial technology sector.
• Ability to travel frequently across the ASEAN region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
• Nurture and expand relationships with existing key accounts.
• Develop and manage the partner network across ASEAN.
• Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve targets.
• Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline information in CRM.
