Job summary

A dynamic company in the F&B industry in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Area Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets. This role involves managing sales performance, training new team members, and executing marketing events. Job description

Assist in company's daily operation, with the aim to provide full support/ assistance to all outlets owned by the company.

Assist company in coordinating with outlets' supervisor to constantly post contents on all social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, Tik Tok, X media.

Assist and support in all marketing, A&P related campaigns, sales initiatives and other business related events/ activities at the outlets.

Proactively and constantly contribute to assist the Company to identify any issues at the operating outlets.

Manage multiple outlets operations.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible in outlet sales performance & outlet costing (P&L).

Train and develop newly recruited team members to master all menu preparation, SOPs and provide the highest standard of service to all customers.

Formulate and execute project delivery plans.

Develop internal & external partnership, especially in driving the outlets' supervisor to execute the company's "Own the Neighborhood" strategies. Ensure at least one MME (mini marketing event) is organised at all outlets every quarter.

Monitor performance of project through key metrics, provide periodical performance reviews, and generate insights and recommendation to the BOD.

Develop a deep understanding of the outlet operational matters, including but not limited to machine SOP training and handling, maintenance of various equipment, machineries and product innovation, and market trends.

Diligently execute any other tasks that are assigned by the directors of the company and report to them in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to work on weekend, public holiday, odd hours, travel to out station, reply and acknowledge messages at nights. Act on emergency matters diligently, immediately without delay.

Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration with relevant working experiences in account, finance or F&B industry.

Fresh graduates who are willing to work extra miles, go on the field and travel out station are encouraged to apply.
