A leading retail company in Sibu, Malaysia is seeking an experienced candidate to manage retail operations. Responsibilities include enforcing CMS implementation, monitoring CAP procedures, preparing promotional programs, and overseeing cash collection and inventory control. The role requires a degree or diploma with relevant experience. Candidates must also demonstrate their ability to analyze retail reports and adhere to company policies. Enforce the implementation of CMS system to outlet to minimize risk impact to retail operation.
Monitor CAP procedures amongst retail team.
Prepare and execute promotional programme.
Control and monitor cash collection, retail inventory, equipment & customer satisfaction.
Monitor debtors aging and debt collection.
Perform routine audit on retail operation to safeguard and ensure policies and regulation are being adhered to.
To provide necessary assistance to AM/AAM to handle other operational activities as assigned.
Ability to understand and analyze retail operation report and apply corrective action.
P&L Report.
Degree with 2 years & above relevant working experience; or
Diploma with 2 years working experiences as Area Officer.
