Responsibilities

• Enforce the implementation of CMS system.
• Monitor CAP procedures among the retail team.
• Prepare and execute promotional programmes.
• Control and monitor cash collection and retail inventory.
• Monitor debtors aging and debt collection.
• Perform routine audit to ensure adherence to policies.
• Assist AM/AAM with other operational activities.
• Understand and analyze retail operation reports.

Responsibilities

Enforce the implementation of CMS system to outlet to minimize risk impact to retail operation.

Monitor CAP procedures amongst retail team.

Prepare and execute promotional programme.

Control and monitor cash collection, retail inventory, equipment & customer satisfaction.

Monitor debtors aging and debt collection.

Perform routine audit on retail operation to safeguard and ensure policies and regulation are being adhered to.

To provide necessary assistance to AM/AAM to handle other operational activities as assigned.

Ability to understand and analyze retail operation report and apply corrective action.

P&L Report.

Qualifications

Degree with 2 years & above relevant working experience; or

Diploma with 2 years working experiences as Area Officer.
