ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT (Fresh graduate or Entry level)

Location: Sufian Engineering Consultant Sdn Bhd, Seksyen 13, Shah Alam, Selangor

Responsibilities

• Involved in architectural design works.
• Coordinating projects from concept, documentation and all submissions to local authorities.
• Planning and to prepare architectural design and computerized drawing.
• Drawings according to required standards, codes and admin submission.
• Council and authority applications and follow up.
• Design meetings and construction site visits.
• Construction drawings.
• Building permit documentation.
• Liaising with consultants, councils and authorities for applications and permits.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Knowledge in completing construction documentation and tender documentation.
