Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain cash flow.
• Prepare and review monthly AR reports and reconcile discrepancies effectively.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Develop and implement AR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members as required.
