Key Responsibilities

Automation Solution Development

• Study project requirements and propose suitable automation solutions.

Engineering Design & Development

• Participate in design brainstorming, design reviews, and DFMEA sessions.
• Use 2D and 3D CAD tools to create and develop mechanical designs.
• Perform mechanical calculations and apply engineering and physics principles to ensure system reliability and performance.

Technical & Customer Collaboration

• Support the sales team by providing technical input and responding to customer inquiries.
• Prepare and present technical proposals and solutions to customers.

Problem‑Solving & Documentation

• Apply structured root cause analysis methodologies to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure accurate and complete technical and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• ✅ Basic knowledge of mechanical calculations and applied physics.
• ✅ Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• ✅ Willingness to travel locally and overseas when required.
• ✅ Experience in robot programming, 2D and 3D CAD software is an added advantage.
• ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in automation or equipment manufacturing OR fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
