About the Role

The Application Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs and technology solutions. You will own the functional behaviour of key business applications, ensuring systems are well-designed, reliable, and adopted by users. Working closely with business stakeholders, developers, data teams, and external vendors, you will help translate business processes into practical, scalable system solutions that support day-to-day operations and long-term digital transformation.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyse and document end-to-end business processes and system requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, and system rules
  • Act as the functional owner and system administrator for assigned applications (e.g. CRM, internal tools)
  • Support application configuration to align with agreed business processes
  • Work closely with internal developers and external vendors throughout delivery
  • Prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test cases and acceptance criteria
  • Validate solutions against business requirements and support issue resolution
  • Provide L1/L2 functional support and assist with user onboarding and training
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides
  • Collaborate with Data and BI teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in application support, business analysis, or systems analysis
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear, functional system designs
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or similar platforms (e.g. SAP, Monday.com, internal systems)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or system implementation projects
  • Exposure to data, reporting, or BI concepts
  • Comfortable working in software development or agile environments
