Job summary

A global manufacturer of construction materials is looking for an HR Executive / Senior Executive to drive employee engagement and leadership development across the APAC region. This role involves leading the deployment of the Employee Engagement Survey, coordinating leadership programs, and overseeing internal communications. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR functions. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in learning and development or employee engagement.
• Ability to craft engaging employee messages and communication.
• Experience supporting training or learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of the annual Employee Engagement Survey in APAC.
• Contribute to leadership development by coordinating components of programs.
• Support regional training programs and oversee communications channels.
• Lead culture-building initiatives and contribute to key presentations.
