Job summary

A multinational nutrition company seeks an experienced quality operations specialist to ensure compliance with GLP, GDP, and EHS requirements. The role involves material sampling, testing, and maintaining documentation accuracy. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience with 2 years in packaging inspection, strong English communication skills, and a good understanding of GMP and ISO standards. The position offers a stable work environment in Malaysia, Kedah.

Qualifications

• Above 3 years work experience, preferably with 2 years’ experience in packaging on-line inspection.
• 1-2 years’ experience in packaging process testing and PM testing, familiar with physical tests.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO9001, HACCP and application of 6S knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Comply with GLP and GDP and EHS requirements.

• Ensure finished products and materials retention in accordance with procedure.

Core Job Responsibilities

• 遵守GLP和GDP及EHS要求和规定，遵循SOP和Job Aid要求进行实验室设备仪器操作，按时执行设备仪器的清洁及维护活动
  Comply with GLP and GDP and EHS requirements; Operate lab equipment/instrument following SOP and Job Aid; Execute equipment cleaning and maintenance activities on time.
• 按时完成原材料和包装材料的取样和测试，确保实验产生的数据的准确性、完整性和可靠性
  Perform material sampling / testing / inspection on time. Ensure the accuracy, integrity and reliability of the data generated.
• 严格按照取样计划，完成包装过程控制中的取样和常规测试，确保实验结果正确有效
  Strictly follow the sampling plan, complete the sampling and routine testing of the packaging process control, and make sure the experimental results are valid and effective.
• 确保成品、原物料的留样按照程序规定进行
  Ensure finished products and materials retention in accordance with procedure.
• 遵守实验室的EHS规程，按要求穿戴PPE，具有良好的安全意识和行为，以避免安全事故的发生，并及时向主管报告任何EHS事件及侥幸事件
  Observe laboratory EHS procedures, wear the PPE as required, with good safety consciousness and behavior, in order to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents, and timely report to supervisor any EHS events and Near miss.

Minimum Education

• 大专及以上(食品及相关专业优先)
  College graduate or above (food and related professional priority)

Minimum Experience / Training Required

• 行业经验：3年以上工作经历，在包装生产岗位具有2年以上在线检测经验者优先
  Experience: above 3 years work experience, have 2 years’ experience in packaging on-line inspection is preferred
• 岗位经验：1-2年包装产品过程或包材测试检验经验，熟悉物理测试及实验室仪器保养
  Experience: 1-2years’ experience in Packaging in process testing and PM testing, familiar with physical test and laboratory equipment maintenance
• 具备相当的英语口头及书面沟通能力，具备相当的英语口头及书面沟通能力
  Good English verbal and written communication skills, English oral and written communication skills
• 良好的沟通能力及团队合作意识。
  Good communication skill and awareness of teamwork.
• 其它要求：了解GMP, ISO9001, 和HACCP等相关知识；6S知识熟悉与运用；能适应倒班工作
