A leading HVAC company is seeking both Senior and Junior Air-cond Technicians. The role includes preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of air conditioning systems across various locations. Candidates must have at least SPM or O’ Level qualification, possess good troubleshooting skills, and be able to work independently. The role involves performing maintenance, diagnosing faults, installing systems, and providing support to customers. Training is provided for Junior level roles, while Senior candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience. A valid driving license and personal transportation are required.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or O’ Level qualification.
• Possess good troubleshooting skills in air conditioning systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing preventive maintenance is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Willing to work at various locations, including Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Pulau Pinang, and Kedah if required.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Senior level: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience required. For Junior level, training will be provided.
• Candidates must be willing to work outstation.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems, including cleaning coils, filters, ducts, and other system components, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems, including identifying electrical, mechanical, and cooling system issues, and carrying out necessary repairs.
• Provide prompt technical support to customers, respond to service requests, and perform system maintenance, repairs, and replacements efficiently and professionally.
• Install new air conditioning systems, including selecting appropriate equipment, ensuring correct installation, and performing system testing.
• Conduct regular system inspections and maintenance to ensure safe operation and prevent breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities, system performance, and spare parts usage for each task.
• Work with the technical team to resolve technical issues, share knowledge and expertise to improve overall team performance.
