About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail‑oriented AI QA Engineers to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG). You will work on testing and validating AI‑driven applications, ensuring model accuracy, reliability, and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for AI‑based applications and systems.
• Validate performance and accuracy of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI models.
• Develop automated test scripts for AI workflows and APIs.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for AI features.
• Monitor model performance metrics and identify anomalies.
• Document test results and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning fundamentals, and NLP.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Familiarity with model training workflows and evaluation metrics.
• Understanding of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Basic knowledge of QA methodologies, test case design, and automation frameworks.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI testing tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML libraries.
• Familiarity with API testing and data validation for AI systems.
