A leading technology firm in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Project Leader for Factory Integration to manage AI projects. You will collaborate with teams to create and define epics, facilitate AI project implementation, and monitor progress. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, and a strong understanding of AI concepts. This role is crucial for driving AI strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or Software/AI development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and lean portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with user representatives and Business Analysts to create epics aligned with the company's AI strategy.
• Coordinate analysis of epics and define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
• Facilitate implementation of AI projects via continuous delivery pipeline.
• Monitor project development progress, identifying risks, and implementing strategies.
