Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or digital operations.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Website and server management (e.g., WordPress, cPanel, Linux/Windows servers).
  • Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Social media platforms and tools.
  • Automation tools (Power Automate, n8n).
  • Data visualisation (Power BI or similar).
• Familiarity with AI tools and APIs is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Website Management

• Maintain and update the company website (CMS, plugins, security).
• Manage server performance, backups, and uptime.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices and data protection compliance.

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with automation tools and workflows.

Social Media & Digital Presence

• Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Monitor engagement and analytics to support marketing goals.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers.

Automation & AI Integration

• Design and implement workflows using Power Automate and n8n.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Explore and deploy AI tools to improve internal processes and decision-making.

Art & Design Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to create digital cards for celebrations and events.
• Design company templates such as profiles, business cards, brochures, and videos.
• Ensure visual consistency and branding across all digital assets.

Learning & Innovation

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, especially in AI and automation.
• Propose and implement tech‑driven improvements across departments.
