As a Creative Designer in 2X, you will be developing variations of B2B digital marketing assets, campaigns materials, and more. You will collaborate with different team members in problem-solving, decision-making, and organization for campaigns, giving you an overall exposure to a comprehensive B2B marketing service.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Integration: Develop and execute design concepts for campaigns that effectively communicate and enhance our clients' brands. 2X brand.
  • Design Adaptation: Understand brand client requirements to create elegant, detailed, accessible marketing materials tailored to the target audience while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as content, marketing, data) to gather requirements and define design objectives aligned with project goals.
  • Client Management: Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
  • Deliverables:
  • Provide design solutions for sales and digital marketing materials, including account-based marketing (ABM) and demand-generation campaigns.
  • Creating various digital marketing collaterals, including white papers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, sales enablement documents, and promotional social media posts to support email marketing and digital campaigns.
  • PowerPoint creation and beautification.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital projects, particularly print or paper layout design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (including but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (including but not limited to PowerPoint and Word), or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to present design concept visualizations through various mediums.
  • Capability to integrate technical and visual solutions into design concepts.
  • Strong sense of design, including layout, typography, and color harmony.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Previous experience with AI and willingness to develop AI design skills is a n advantage.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with impeccable attention to detail and design sensibility.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
