Job summary

A leading agriculture technology company is seeking a Technical Service & Support Engineer based in Klang City, Selangor. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, and customer training for agricultural equipment. Ideal candidates will have a degree in relevant engineering fields and 2–5 years of experience in field service or technical sales. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting is essential, along with a strong customer service mindset. The position may require travel to project sites and working on weekends or public holidays.

Qualifications

• Min. 2–5 years’ experience in field service, technical sales, or equipment installation.
• Hands-on knowledge in mechanical assemblies and electrical control panels.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, testing, service, and commissioning of BD equipment systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Conduct on-site training for farm operators on equipment use.
