After-Sales Service Manager (Solar PV & BESS)
This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, managing end-to-end service delivery, and ensuring timely, high-quality project execution:
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while understanding their business and organizational structure.
- Create and manage a customer network archive, including contracts, maintenance records, and product lifecycle details.
- Identify new service opportunities and advise customers on service budgeting.
- Review bidding documents, determine service requirements, and prepare quotations for professional, maintenance, and training services.
- Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Product teams to develop and implement customer service strategies.
- Lead bidding processes and coordinate key actions to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare monthly delivery and revenue plans and monitor progress throughout the month.
- Manage delivery timelines, risks, and quality to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide weekly and monthly delivery management reports for customers and partners.
- Support channel partners in service delivery and resolve any related issues.
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies and generate reports.
- Address network issues promptly and track problem resolution.
- Handle and recover from unexpected network incidents effectively.
- Execute Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives to identify weaknesses and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer, IT Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong background in project and people management, with experience in service delivery, maintenance, and customer relationship management; accountable for profit and loss.
- Highly responsible and results-driven.
- Ability to build large-scale teams and manage organizational platforms, with core delivery service expertise.
- Skilled in developing customer and partner capabilities to ensure satisfaction in delivery and service.
- Strategic thinker with deep understanding of customer business and operations.
- Knowledge of solar power generation and energy storage, including familiarity with industry organizations and certification standards.
