A motorcycle dealership in Penang is seeking an After-sales Manager to enhance customer loyalty and facilitate after-sales service. The role involves managing budgets, ensuring warranty compliance, and providing technical support. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Leadership skills and an understanding of automotive standards are essential for success in this position.
After-sales Manager provide development of brand service and customer loyalty programs, sales, marketing plan & campaign for Service, Parts, Accessories, Apparel and ensure after-sales service support to customers, such as the technical and claim warranty of the sold products. They take corrective actions to ensure customers' satisfaction, resolve technical related issues and write customer summary reports to Principal.
Prepares and manages the annual operating budget of the after-sales department and annual after sales budget for principal
Promote after sales activities to sell out Parts, Accessories & Apparel and keep service level at best
Familiar with, and applies, the manufacturer’s warranty conditions and policies.
Ensure the certain level of products’ quality and provide technical report to principal when needed.
Ensure all warranty and recall are attended and submitted accordingly to principal
Ensure all recall are completely attend meet factory standard
Verifies and planning orders for Parts, Accessories and Apparel
Verifies and follows up on orders for Parts, Accessories and Apparel together with the parts manager, to ensure a readily available supply.
Ensure all shipment are on time collected by appointed forwarder and all vehicle are PDI before delivered to dealer
Manage dealers to follow company standards, CI, Technical, Tools requirement
Support dealer through quarterly visit, audit and technical training.
Ensures all after sales reports are submitted to principal and meet the date line
Verifies the performance of the employees in his/her department, making use of the appropriate reports, verification systems and surveys.
Strive to promote harmony and team spirit within his department, as well as with all other distributor departments.
Implements and maintains a customer satisfaction for the after-sales department.
Performs other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Automotive or equivalent.
