Job summary

A leading aerospace manufacturer in Johor Bahru is seeking an Engineering professional to manage manufacturing processes and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Aeronautics. Expertise in CAD tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks is essential. Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, advantage for Aeronautics/Aerospace.
  • Well versed in design process and tools such as AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, or any equivalent 3D modeling.
  • Well versed in stress analysis simulation, CSM-Computational Solid Mechanics.
  • Good knowledge in Sustainability, IR4.0, Digitalization, and Automation.
  • Good knowledge in composites design, fabrication, and repair method.
  • Familiar with aircraft manual and engine manual structure.
  • Able to use Microsoft Project or equivalent and capable to measure SPI and CPI.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, evaluates, improves, and documents manufacturing processes.
  • Implements process control techniques using tools such as SPC, PFMEA.
  • Analyzes manufacturing process flows continually for improvements.
  • Coordinates part inspection procedures with Quality Engineers.
  • Designs and simulates mechanical drawings using CAD tools.
  • Performs computational solid mechanics using tools like NASTRAN, PATRAN.
