The Opportunity (Overview of the role)

To support the school in recruiting new students from initial inquiry through to enrolment, exhausting all measures to drive attraction, recruitment, and retention to meet budgeted targets.

This role involves extensive liaison with both internal and external stakeholders. It requires an exceptional communicator (both spoken & written) with a focus on premium customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities / Duties
Family Care
  • First and continual point of contact for prospective families
  • Provide exceptional customer service from the point of enquiry to enrolment
  • Handle all forms of inquiries (telephone, email and in person)
  • Conduct and coordinate campus tours for prospective families
Administration
  • Perform accurate data entry and updates in the Management Information and CRM systems
  • Manage and process all Immigration Department applications for student and guardian visas, permits and related submissions to facilitate student studies
  • Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act
  • Monitor and replenish marketing collateral stock
  • Arrange and administer online entrance tests
General
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Selection Criteria
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a relevant role.
  • Specialised Knowledge: Proven customer service experience, ideally within a premium hospitality, luxury retail or similar client-facing service environment.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in the Google Workspace (G Suite) suite of applications (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
  • Experience utilising HubSpot or similar CRM software
Communication & Language
  • Essential: Fluent oral and written proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to effectively service international clientele/partners).
Personal Attributes & Abilities
  • Exceptional oral and written communicator with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and effectiveness when operating under pressure or managing difficult client situations.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player focused on achieving shared organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a distinct advantage.
