A local engineering company in George Town, Penang is seeking an administrative professional to handle various tasks including filing and document management. The candidate should have a minimum of SPM/Diploma, experience in administrative roles, and strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL Payroll is essential. Competitive remuneration and benefits offered in a supportive work environment.
Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including filing document, manage document and data entry.
Prepare and process foreign workers’ salaries, monthly expenses.
Follow up on and maintain records of company lorries, cars and worker's hostel (including photos).
Monitor and record workers’ attendance.
Records on medical certificates (MC) and leave records.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
