Job summary

A leading educational institution in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an Administrative Officer to manage the INTRA Management System and liaise with industries and students. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, along with 1–2 years in office administration or IT. Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English are required. This role involves coordinating with various committees and ensuring the accuracy of transcripts for convocation purposes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the INTRA Management System.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER CENTRE FOR INDUSTRIAL LINKAGES (CIL) CHANCELLERY

KEY ROLES :
  • Manage and maintain the INTRA Management System effectively.
  • Liaise with industries, students, and campuses on all matters related to INTRA.
  • Coordinate with the Central Industrialmanship Committee, including meeting arrangements and related activities.
  • Communicate with Campus Heads of Industrial Linkages on matters concerning INTRA and industry engagement.
  • Ensure accuracy of Industrialmanship transcript data input for convocation purposes.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Technology/ Business/ IT Studies or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of working experience in office administration, IT, or related areas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrates good teamwork and a positive, professional attitude.
