Job summary

A leading optical company in Johor Bahru is seeking an administrator to assist with daily duties and provide customer support via phone and email. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining accounts, and communicating with various parties. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and be able to work independently as well as a part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Possess good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to work independently and be a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative duties for the company.
  • Responsible for customer admin inquiries on company products and services.
  • Handle day‑to‑day matters and provide efficient support for administration processes.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties on administrative activities.
  • Maintain half sets of accounts including invoices and monthly sales reports.
