Job description
Responsibilities
  • Clerical Tasks: Filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Document Management: Preparing, compiling, and maintaining records, reports, and official letters.
  • Billing: manage all bill such as : TNB, Air Selangor, JMB, roadtax renewal
  • Errands: manage external matters such as : immigration submission, JTK, Fomema medical and airport.
Typical Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, familiar with local routes/government offices.
  • Transport: possessing a valid license (B2)
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
