Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
  • Support the Supply Chain and Sales team in compiling, tabulating and assisting to analyze data prior to implementation of tasks and projects.
  • Administer Supply Chain and Sales procedures in accordance to established policies and procedures.
  • Collate data for periodic reports and other required documentation within the pre agreed deadlines.
  • Manage inventory of items.
  • Provide support in other administrative task as assigned by the Company.
Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with a CGPA of 3.0 and above
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
