Job summary

A technology company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an experienced Administration Manager to lead administrative functions and support business growth. You will manage a small team, coordinate tasks across the new site, and develop systems to enhance efficiency. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in office administration, strong leadership skills, and be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Qualifications

Position: Administration Manager

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all administration functions, including office management, procurement, logistics, corporate compliance, and facility operations.
  • Coordinate administrative activities among the new Malaysia site.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to support business efficiency and company growth.
  • Supervise administrative staff, monitor workflow, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all administrative support services.
  • Assist management in project coordination and provide administrative support for corporate and operational matters.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in office administration and management, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
