Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administration Executive to support our daily operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow within the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, multitasking, and playing an important part in keeping the office running efficiently. If you are proactive, dependable, and eager to grow in a dynamic working environment, we’d love to meet you!

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative work, verifying documents, amend Tenancy Agreements and various documents.
  • Set up and onboard new recruits into company systems – door access, email, learning systems etc.
  • Handle all document including receiving, printing, and ensuring all documents are prepared in advance for the agents (clients).
  • Handle company emails, calls and inquiries.
  • Handles office supplies, courier services and ensure efficient operations.
Job Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Drive and basic digital tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external parties.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
