Job summary

A consultancy firm in Johor, Malaysia is seeking an individual for a contract-based role focused on project administration and financial tasks. Responsibilities include supporting project documentation, assisting with invoicing and payments, and coordinating with stakeholders. Candidates should have at least a Diploma in Finance or Business Administration and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Job Responsibilities
  • Support project administration, data management, and documentation for consultancy projects.
  • Assist with financial tasks including invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining accurate project accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to collect required information and support reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Project Leader and project team to ensure smooth project operations.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma or above in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in accounting and finance, with the ability to prepare accounts and support financial documentation.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in project administration or consultancy environment is an advantage.
