Our client established in Malaysia, specializes in the assembly and production of photoelectric products. Their primary offerings include laser diode modules, red dot sights, laser measuring and positioning devices, and laser aiming devices. Additionally, the company manufactures core components for laser instruments and tools, such as optical lenses, PCB boards, and precision-machined parts.

Job Description
  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across departments.
  • Handle renewal and claims processes for group insurance, including general, vehicle, stock, and staff coverage.
  • Manage tenancy agreements and renewals for all company premises.
  • Monitor and control administrative expenses; assist in budget planning and cost optimization.
  • Oversee facilities management, including utilities, building maintenance, hygiene, security, and alarm systems.
  • Ensure timely submission and renewal of company certificates and licenses in compliance with government regulations.
  • Administer insurance procurement for business assets, including property and liability insurance.
  • Prepare and submit mandatory reports to authorities such as JKKP, BOMBA, and DOSH; coordinate inspections.
  • Manage general administrative functions including security, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and office supplies.
  • Lead employee engagement activities, including social events, wellness programs, and CSR initiatives.
  • Organize and supervise office operations and support any ad-hoc administrative projects.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative or general affairs management.
  • Possess a recognized degree certificate.
  • Understanding of administrative operations, corporate affairs, and relevant management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Familiar with corporate governance and organizational structure.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary Range

RM8000 - RM10000; further negotiable accepted if experienced.
