As an Admin IT, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our company's IT systems and processes. Job Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
  • Assist with the administrative work of the firm.
  • Perform clerical duties, including preparing and replying to general correspondence.
  • Maintain proper records and filing for office documents.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mails and parcels.
  • Develop, update, and improve administrative systems and procedures.
  • Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Handle phone calls, enquiries, and follow-ups when required.
IT Administrative Duties
  • Assist in basic IT support such as troubleshooting simple PC, printer, and network issues.
  • Assist in system updates, software installations, and account setup.
  • Maintain IT-related inventories (devices, equipment, accessories).
  • Support the team in using AI tools, simple automation, and digital workflows.
  • Ensure routine data backup and general IT housekeeping.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors when needed.
Additional Requirement
  • Strong interest in AI and willingness to learn new digital tools.
