A prominent asset management company in Johor, Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage and maintain various office administration systems and provide general support to the team. Candidates should possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and have at least 1-2 years of experience in property management or administration. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. The role involves coordinating meetings, handling daily tasks, and assisting with corporate events.
Manage and maintain various office administration systems, including filing and records management.
Manage and organize digital records.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, and provide general administrative assistance to the team.
Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, scheduling, claims submission, and basic reporting.
Serve as the secondary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
Coordinate with external parties such as authorities, consultants and contractors on documentation and approvals.
Assist with the organization and execution of corporate events and functions.
Maintain project documentation and status updates.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of office documentation records
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Property/Real Estate or related fields.
At least 1 - 2 years working experience in Property Management, Administration and Project.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Positive character, fast learner and hardworking.
