Requirement

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibility
Administration & Daily Operations
  • Assist the team with data organization, tracking course registrations, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor the progress of training courses to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Online Course & Student Management
  • Maintain the student database, manage registrations and renewals.
  • Handle student inquiries, registrations, and document organization.
  • Follow up on training feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Assist with course scheduling and coordination.
Customer Service
  • Answer phone calls and resolve customer issues.
  • Respond to emails.
  • Reply to customer inquiries on WhatsApp.
  • Handle customer inquiries on social platforms (Facebook Messenger, Facebook comments, Xiaohongshu).
  • Send WhatsApp reminders.
  • Compile FAQs to improve service efficiency.
  • Issue invoices.
Content Support & Community Management
  • Assist in organizing training materials, PowerPoint presentations, and course recordings for upload to the learning platform.
  • Support short video content management, including script organization, scheduling, and data tracking.
  • Monitor community engagement and organize online interactions.
Other Support
  • Handle other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by leadership.
  • Support the marketing or sales team with event planning, data organization, etc.
  • Assist with the boss’s schedule, including meeting arrangements, business trips, and live streaming schedules.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by leadership.
