We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team at Nine Nine Living Sdn BhdSDN BHD(A China-Malaysia Joint Venture Company )in Prai Industrial EstatePenang. Candidate Must have a good command of CHINESE fundamentals.

This full-time position is crucial in supporting the smooth running of our office operations and assisting our management team.

Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

What you’ll be doing
  • Handle overseas shipments (Need to due with China Side)
  • Provide clerical and administrative support functions to sales teams
  • Process customer orders (printing TikTok, Shopee Airwaybill and arrange accordingly)
  • Follow up on the delivery status of orders
  • Prepare quotation, delivery order, and Tax invoice
  • Maintain a systematic filing procedure
  • Responsible for monitoring of daily sales administration and operational functions
  • Maintain supplier databases and purchasing records
  • Follow up with suppliers on lead times, deliveries, and order status
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Perform administration and support of admin activities.
  • Ensure all documents are complete and updated and maintaining good filing system.
