Job summary

A leading technology firm in Selangor is seeking an experienced Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include managing daily tasks, coordinating office operations, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate should have at least a diploma in Business Administration and good knowledge of MS Office. This is a full-time role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Qualifications

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office documentation.
  • Coordinate office operations, meetings, and schedules.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required by management.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and office files.
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies and monitoring inventory.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
