Job description

Prepare, review, and check CIDB documents (registration, renewal, upgrading, compliance documents, etc.).

Handle submission of CIDB and other related documents to government authorities accurately and on time.

Ensure all documents comply with CIDB guidelines, government regulations, and internal requirements.

Liaise with CIDB officers, government departments, and relevant external parties when required.

Supervise, coordinate, and arrange transportation processes, including scheduling, documentation, and follow‑up.

Monitor transportation workflows to ensure timely and efficient delivery according to operational requirements.

Maintain proper filing, tracking, and records of all CIDB, government, and transportation‑related documentation (softcopy and hardcopy).

Monitor CIDB renewal dates, validity periods, and compliance deadlines.

Follow up on application status and resolve documentation or operational issues.

Support management with administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
