  • Handle incoming calls, emails, inquiries, and provide basic customer support.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure the workspace is well-organized.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support internal departments with administrative tasks and follow‑up actions.
  • Assist in updating databases, tracking documents, and maintaining proper documentation flow.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team.
