Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
Handle incoming calls, emails, inquiries, and provide basic customer support.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, invoices, and other business documents.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure the workspace is well-organized.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support internal departments with administrative tasks and follow‑up actions.
Assist in updating databases, tracking documents, and maintaining proper documentation flow.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team to support operational efficiency.
