  • Provide full administrative support to Category department.
  • Compile and file duties (shipping documents, regulatory documents etc.).
  • Process and verify documents (claims, payments, invoices etc.).
  • Maintain a user-friendly filing and document control system.
  • Co-ordinate with departments for shipments and deliveries.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative support to Category department.
  • Compiling and filing duties (shipping document, regulatory document etc.).
  • Processing and verifying documents (claims, payments, invoices etc.).
  • Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents.
  • Co-ordinate with relevant departments for incoming & outgoing shipments / deliveries.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
