A retail company located in Klang City is seeking an Administrative Support professional to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing files. Applicants should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing files and records.
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all logistical details are effectively managed.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and coordinating maintenance as needed to ensure a productive work environment.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all materials produced.
Support the execution of internal and external communication, acting as a point of contact for inquiries and relaying information to appropriate stakeholders.
Conduct research and gather information for various projects, providing data and insights to assist management in decision-making.
Assist in managing office workflows, implementing processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and organization.
Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Willing to work in Klang (Nearby Setia Alam)
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software and tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
