Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for customer service representatives to handle inbound calls for inquiries and complaints in Johor. The role requires a minimum SPM qualification and preferably 1 year of customer service experience. Excellent command of English is essential, and candidates must not have any Grab account. Job Description

• Handle inbound calls for customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service-related issues.
• Provide accurate information and excellent customer service.
• Work as a team to achieve KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Requirements

• Must NOT have any Grab account (rider / food / car).
• Minimum SPM qualification (History pass is compulsory).
• Good command of English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• At least 1 year experience in customer service is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Training will be provided for candidates without call center experience.
• Willing to work in Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,900 (based on project)

Working Hours

• 9 hours per shift (including 1-hour break).
