Job summary

A management services provider in Negeri Sembilan is looking for an Administrative Assistant to prepare and maintain statutory records, support office tasks, and handle correspondences. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain statutory records, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office including data entry, documentation, and filing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences (document, emails, courier, etc.).
  • Clerical tasks and accounting work.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports and documentation.
Requirements

Working Hours & Salary
