We are an established SME with approximately 20 employees, seeking a competent Admin cum Human Resource professional to oversee both administrative and human resource functions. The position level will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Job Overview

We are an established SME with approximately 20 employees, seeking a competent Admin cum Human Resource professional to oversee both administrative and human resource functions. The position level will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office administration, documentation, and filing systems
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, staff records, attendance, and leave management
  • Coordinate payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN)
  • Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, internal memos, and disciplinary letters
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and company records
  • Support monthly KPI tracking, performance appraisal, and bonus assessment
  • Act as a point of contact between management and staff on HR and administrative matters
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience level:
    • Assistant: 0–1 year / Fresh graduates
    • Executive: 1–3 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and statutory compliance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Able to work independently in an SME environment
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–1 year (Assistant) / 1–3 years (Executive) HR & admin experience
  • Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word); HR/payroll software a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia; proactive and solution-oriented
