Job summary

A leading fast-food chain is looking for a responsible Dispatch Coordinator in Selangor, Malaysia, to manage daily dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and a valid driving license, along with 1-2 years of experience in a related field. Key responsibilities include scheduling and managing dispatches, conducting transactions with various institutions, and ensuring efficient delivery routes. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are needed, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to daily dispatch duties.
  • Schedule and manage the dispatch of goods, documents, and financial items to or from designated outlets, banks & department.
  • Develop and maintain efficient delivery routes to optimize travel time and costs. Ensure that all dispatches are executed according to the agreed schedules.
  • Conduct official company transactions at financial institutions, local authorities, government agencies and utility companies as directed by authorized company personnel.
  • Perform any other duties as entrusted by your superior or Head of Department and/or any other representatives assigned by the Management from time to time.
  • Monthly & annually uniform stock checking & counting.
  • Receiving order, packing & delivering uniform & document related to the outstation's outlet.
  • Assist on key in purchase order (PO). Tools, stationary & staff uniform*Assist for preparing & delivering on new opening store related item & tools.
  • Perform any other responsibilities and/or assignments as entrusted by your Superior as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess own vehicle.
  • Valid driving license with clean record.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Be organized, good attention to details, be able to work independently and possess work commitment.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
